EcoVRS in collaboration with Ethniki Stegi , a school in the Municipality of Nea Smyrni, are starting a school composting program with earthworms. Main goal of this initiative is to educate the young children in adopting a “green” lifestyle and learn to compost all organic waste.
The program launched with 2 Composting bins King Wormery with earthworms. The earthworms will consume all organic waste and turn it into compost. The compost will be used as a fertilizer to the organic garden of the school and to enhance the quality of the soil.
